Bellagio Conservatory4. Festive displays: Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens ushers in the Chinese New Year with a spectacular new exhibit from January 11 through March 1. The magnificent centerpiece will be a fabricated three tier mountain featuring eight massive stallions - as the number eight represents good luck. The East Garden will feature an 18-foot-tall prosperous Chinese money tree flourishing with oversized gold-leafed coins. Nearby, six “lucky” children, each embellished in 1,800 flowers, bring life to the display as they play and dance near the Chinese-style pavilion.

Live performances of traditional folk and pop music with authentic Chinese instruments including the erhu, ruan and pipa will take place on the serene stage in the South Garden from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m., daily, for the duration of the exhibit. The Conservatory’s design will be guided by the ancient practice of Feng Shui – the art of using surroundings to attract harmony, balance and positive life energy.

There are so many Chinese restaurants in Vegas to choose from for your holiday celebration – make your reservation in advance to ensure a great experience in Vegas.
