These Vegas drink doctors really know how to mix things up
The result - tasty libations you won't find anywhere else. Check out a few of these creative cocktail concoctions:
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has three resident mixologists that have created more than 100 new cocktails throughout the property. Try the Cynara (Old Raj Red Label gin, Cynar, Carpano Antica, orange aromatics) or the Mayan (rye, Amaro Meletti, cinnamon, fig vermouth, Angoustura bitters, Mayan spices) available at Vesper Bar, or head to the top level to the Chandelier Bar to indulge in a thin-mint cocktail with vanilla foam. Unique mixes can also be found at Bond, where you can get a spectacular view of the Strip while you sip.
For another liquid masterpiece, try the ‘Shock and Awe' at Sage inside ARIA Resort. It's a seriously hot infusion of absinthe, flames, root beer and even Pop Rocks. The Ford Cocktail at American Fish is another favorite - the ingredients are Navy Strength gin, house-made lime cordial and fresh lime juice, with a lime peel.
Over at the Palms Casino Resort, head out to the pool for the Coconut Colada. This signature drink includes Ciroc Coconut, fresh coconut water and Coco Lopez, and is even served in a fresh coconut shell!
