Vegas Weekend: Setting the Scene – Holly Madison, Mark Salling, Markus Schulz and Dirty Dutch w/ Chuckie; PLUS, Easter Brunch

This weekend, Vegas has plenty of sweet and surprising goodies for your Easter basket. What's more, you won't have to hunt for them either - you can find them all here!

NightlifeFriday, April 6:

Saturday, April 7:

Sunday, April 8: There's no better way to end a weekend of partying in Vegas than a nice brunch, and this Easter Sunday, our restaurants are pulling out the stops with elegant meals and unbeatable specials.

  • Top of the World at Stratosphere is offering a four-course brunch with a complimentary mimosa or glass of champagne for $49 per person.
  • Enjoy an amazing spread of springtime classics at Simon at Palms Place during an exclusive Easter brunch buffet selected by celebrity chef Kerry Simon. The spiral ham, leg of lamb and bread pudding are musts.
  • If you're a little slower than others to get in gear on Sunday morning, Planet Hollywood's Strip House is featuring Easter specials later in the day, including warm goat cheese salad, roast saddle of lamb and sour cream bundt cake.
  • As a finale, be sure to check out L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand for the debut of their one-of-a-kind chocolate display celebrating the spring season. More than 110 pounds of milk, dark and white chocolate, 2,000 tablespoons of sugar and 50 containers of colored cocoa butter were used to create the showcase of chocolate bunnies, hens and eggs; sugar picnic baskets, bows, flowers, shells and fish; plus, a variety of fondant bird cages filled with sweet surprises.

Stroll down the Strip for spectacular sights

Bellagio Fountains      Only in Las Vegas can you see dancing water fountains, a roller coaster, a volcano, a free show featuring sexy sirens, and more - all without ever setting foot indoors.

Take a stroll down one of the world's most famous stretches of road, Las Vegas Boulevard, and take in a variety of sights as you walk.

The roller coaster at New York-New York soars overhead across the Manhattan skyline, and just up the road, you can enjoy outdoor dining with breathtaking views at Cabo Wabo Cantina and PBR Rock Bar & Grill outside Planet Hollywood, Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas and Margaritaville at the Flamingo Las Vegas.

Of course, the Fountains of Bellagio and erupting Volcano at The Mirage are always marvelous to see, but continue down the Strip, safely past the pirates and sirens of Treasure Island, and enjoy the view of the Venetian Plaza and the Lake of Dreams at Wynn Las Vegas.

A world of excitement on one block - only in Las Vegas!

It's always Happy Hour in Vegas!

There's a reason it's difficult to find clocks in our resorts. It's because in Vegas, no matter what time it is -- it's Happy Hour! Since it's Friday, and 5 o'clock somewhere, let's talk Happy Hour with some great places to down a cocktail in Vegas.

Hennessey's Tavern downtownBlue Martini at Town Square Las Vegas has drink specials from 4-8 p.m. every Friday and is a great place to kickstart your weekend of fun.

More great Vegas atmosphere is available at First Food & Bar inside The Palazzo, where you'll find the perfect food and beverage 'round the clock.

PBR Rock Bar & Grill and Cabo Wabo, both at Planet Hollywood, are great Happy Hour spots with awesome people-watching overlooking the Strip.

Downtown, there are plenty of places to enjoy a drink and some scenery. Check out the Happy Hour deals at Hennessey's Tavern on Fremont Street.  At the opposite end of the Strip, another place to enjoy a beverage with some unique surroundings is the Hostile Grape at M Resort, where you can choose from 160 wines in a contemporary "cellar."

Happy Hour in Vegas! Almost redundant, isn't it?

It's the best of both worlds for Hagar fans at Cabo Wabo outside Planet Hollywood

Sammy Hagar treated fans and passers-by to a free show Friday night from inside his Cabo Wabo Cantina, outside Planet Hollywood's Miracle Mile Shops on the Las Vegas Strip.

Hagar played about a dozen signature songs to a packed house, including hits from his solo career such as "There's Only One Way to Rock," "I Can't Drive 55," and "Three Lock Box" along with a few songs from his Van Halen days, including "Why Can't This Be Love," "Right Now," "Top of the World" and "Best of Both Worlds," which you can see here:

The show was a precursor to Saturday, when Hagar and his band will open for Aerosmith at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Big-name acts are all over Las Vegas Saturday night, including Adam Lambert at Mandalay Bay Beach, Toby Keith with Trace Adkins inside the Pearl Theater at the Palms, Lionel Richie at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Better Than Ezra at Silverton and Kenny Loggins at the Sunset Outdoor Amphitheater at Sunset Station.

Along with an entertainment lineup you won't find anywhere else, Las Vegas also has amazing pool parties, unparalleled dining and shopping, luxurious spas, championship golf courses and sizzling nightlife. It's all part of Camp Vegas, the ultimate celebration of adult freedom. Book your trip to Las Vegas and experience summer camp like you never have  before.
