Trends, fashion, celebrities, events, music, and all things only Vegas
Pool parties, birthday parties and the hottest club scene -- it's no wonder why weekends in Vegas are always something special.
This weekend is no different, with celebrities and some of the top DJs in the biz spinning all over town. Kick off your weekend at the pool today with Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano at Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan, Carnival at TAO Beach at The Venetian or Rev. Run & Ruckus at Ditch Fridays at the Palms pool.
Tonight, Run and Ruckus move inside to Rain, Mya performs at Vanity Nightclub inside the Hard Rock. Yelawolf plays at 1OAK at The Mirage, EDX and the EC Twins perform at Marquee, Wolfgang Gartner spins at Surrender inside Encore at Wynn Las Vegas and Smoove celebrates his birthday at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas.
Saturday, enjoy some sun and sounds by Vegas Spin-Off DJ Markus Schulz, who spins with Funkagenda at Marquee. Snooki hosts at Wet Republic at MGM Grand, Mya is at Revel Saturdays at the Hard Rock's Rehab pool and DJ Erra plays at Bare pool at The Mirage.
Close out the weekend with the Karmaloop Magic Kickoff party featuring DJ Franzen at Liquid Pool Lounge at ARIA, the Syrup Swimwear MAGIC Kickoff party featuring a live fashion show at Bare pool, Hardwell at TAO Beach and spend Sunday night at Ghostbar inside the Palms with Kevin Brown.
Sometimes we blog about things because they are relevant to Las Vegas' nonstop energy, unique activities, electric atmopshere, or because they somehow specifically relate to the city we know and love as the world's most exciting and vibrant destination.
But sometimes, we're just hungry. And in the mood for pizza.
What better place to find New York-style pizza than at New York-New York, where Il Fornaio offers some seriously tasty wood-fired flavors, and the wood-burning brick oven at LAVO inside the Palazzo always produces authentic pizza.
Wolfgang Puck's signature Smoked Salmon Pizza with Dill Cream is just one of the delicacies on the menu at Spago inside Caesars Palace, and for those of you who are up for the challenge, try to find the hidden pizza stand inside the new Cosmopolitan hotel. It's so hidden even we're not sure where it is, but trust us, it's in there.
No matter how you slice it, there's always good pizza to be found in Las Vegas! For more pizza options -- and details about all the other foods you can enjoy in the many gourmet restaurants in town, check out our dining section at LasVegas.com!
