Forget flowers and a card – treat Mom to Vegas!

Flowers, chocolates and cards are nice, but this Mother's Day, give your mom something that will last forever - memories of an amazing trip to Las Vegas!

Remember all those times she cooked and did the dishes? It's mom's turn to enjoy some great food. Fortunately, there's still time to take part in the culinary event of the year - Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit! This event features the world's greatest chefs and sommeliers, as well as 60 of Vegas' finest restaurants. Spoil her with an unforgettable Sparkling Brunch with Guy Savoy, or Italian Brunch with The Pellegrino's in Caesars Palace!

Mom deserves to be pampered, too, so set her up with a treatment from any of Las Vegas' unique, invigorating and refreshing spas.

Help her escape to Qua Baths and Spa's Arctic Ice Room at Caesars Palace, where she can relax in snowfall-like conditions in the form of mint-infused air falling from a domed ceiling at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. It's the coolest spa treatment she'll ever enjoy, and it's only in Vegas. The Palms Place Drift Spa & Hamman and the Sahra Spa & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan offer multiple treatments inspired by traditional Turkish baths.

Other refreshing and invigorating signature treatments that Mom will love can be found at The Spa at Red Rock, the Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian, Oleksandra Spa at Treasure Island and the Aquae Sulis Spa at the J.W. Marriott, to name a few.

Donny & Marie

Then, it's time to treat her to a real Vegas show! If Mom loves music, there are plenty of performers who will help bring back memories, like Donny & Marie at the Flamingo and Liza Minnelli for one night only at LVH - Las Vegas Hotel & Castino.  For a magical experience, enjoy champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries in your VIP seats at Le Rêve - The Dream at Wynn, or surround yourself in fantasy at one of six Cirque du Soleil productions.

So many ways to express your gratitude, so give Mom the Mother's Day experience of a lifetime in Vegas!

Give yourself VIP treatment and upgrade your Vegas experience

Sure, a Vegas getaway can be non-stop action and excitement if you want.  But the beauty of Vegas is that you can enjoy it at your own pace.  Slow it down and take some time to relax and indulge.

THEHotelLet us pamper you. Start by vowing to upgrade this summer's vacation to a VIP experience by booking a suite instead of a regular hotel room for the best in class and service. THEHotel at Mandalay Bay boasts service and sophistication on par with the best boutique hotels in the world and features one of the largest suites in Vegas at 725 square feet. Relax with fuzzy robes, down comforters and pillow-top mattresses for an amazing night's sleep. The Signature at MGM Grand also provides guests with a serene retreat and intimate setting where the focus is on personalized service. Plus, you're just steps away from MGM Grand!

In Las Vegas, everyone can feel like a VIP, which is why most resorts offer complimentary valet parking and personal baggage service. Let attendants take care of your luggage and vehicle as you jump right into your vacation in style.

Sometimes, a little too much "night on the town" requires some therapy of the spa kind. Vegas, of course, is up to the task. World-class spas dot the Strip. Spa Costa Del Sur at South Point, Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian, and Sahra Spa & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan are just a few of the destination spas in Las Vegas. Schedule a mud bath or tune out during a relaxation massage as a therapist rubs away your troubles in a soothing and tranquil environment.

Don't know where to start? Consider enlisting the assistance of a Vegas expert who will take the guesswork and planning out of your hands. Located in nearly every resort on the Strip, concierge representatives are essential for booking the best tours, dining, shows, nightclubs, golf outings and so much more. They can also help you plan a unique moment for your special someone like a birthday surprise, an elaborate proposal or a fun night out on the town.

Let loose and get ready to let Las Vegas pamper you in luxury.

Travel the world in one city

Not everyone can be a world traveler, but when you take a trip to Las Vegas, you can see the world all within a few blocks!

Luxor Hotel & CasinoYou'll feel like you're in the City of Lights when you visit Paris Las Vegas. The resort has detailed replicas of the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House and Hotel de Ville. And you certainly can't miss the 50-story, half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower, now one of Las Vegas' most visible landmarks.

Take a guided tour on an authentic gondola through the Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes in this re-creation of the Italian city of Venice. Famous landmarks including St. Marks Square and winding canals add to the experience. For more Italian elegance, celebrate the glory of Rome at Caesars Palace with its famous fountains, dramatic gabled pediments and Corinthian columns.  Catch the stars of stage and screen with a performance at the Caesars Colosseum.

Step inside the world's largest open atrium as the Luxor takes you back to ancient Egypt with its identifiable pyramid. The illuminating spotlight emanating from its apex makes the Luxor one of the few man-made structures visible from space.  Relax at the luxurious Monte Carlo Resort, where you'll feel as though you just pulled up to the famed Casino de Monte Carlo in the South of France.  Experience the cool breezes and tropical atmosphere of the South Pacific with a weekend at Mandalay Bay resort.

You can also see various parts of Americana with the Statue of Liberty and skyline at New York-New York, the French Quarter at The Orleans, and more.

See the whole world in one place - Las Vegas!

Seize the summer before it's too late

Everyone knows Las Vegas is famous for its poolside parties and summertime entertainment, but there are plenty of other ways to seize the summer in Vegas before it's gone.

Minus 5 Ice Bar at Monte Carlo & Mandalay BayLas Vegas is home to some of the most acclaimed and talked about restaurants in the world. From diners and buffets to one-of-a-kind Michelin-rated eateries, Vegas caters to every dining desire. The Country Club at Wynn Las Vegas offers an innovative update to the classic steakhouse menu. For a rockin' good time, check out Roxy's Diner inside the Stratosphere Hotel, Casino and Tower. The 1950s-themed diner boasts a singing staff and a menu offering hearty items like juicy burgers, crispy onion rings and delicious milkshakes. For those looking for an unforgettable experience, Tao Asian Bistro at The Venetian features Hong Kong Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines.

Here are a couple of great ways to stay cool this summer - try the Qua Baths and Spa's Arctic Ice Room at Caesars Palace, where you can relax in the "snow" - in the form of mint-infused air falling from a domed ceiling at 55 degrees. It's the coolest spa treatment you'll ever enjoy, and it's only in Vegas. Or hang out at the Minus 5 at Mandalay Bay and Monte Carlo Resort, where the drinks - and everything else - are chilled. Same goes for the frozen ice bar at Red Square.

Life is short. Summer is shorter. Seize the summer in Vegas!

Laugh it up with the biggest names in comedy

David SpadeThe biggest names in comedy are taking the stage in Las Vegas this summer, so get ready to laugh like you've never laughed before.

How about a show about ... nothing? That premise made Jerry Seinfeld and his sitcom the top TV show of its era, and now he's bringing that same observational humor to Caesars Palace Aug. 19 - 20.

The "terms of engagement" for a great night of laughter with David Spade are simple - make your plans to see him at The Venetian Aug. 26 - 27. And you know everybody loves Raymond - you'll love his stand-up routine, too, when Ray Romano performs at The Mirage that same weekend.

Tracy Morgan leaves 30 Rock for a show at the Joint at the Hard Rock on Sept.4; Bill Maher brings his politically incorrect humor to The Orleans Sept. 10 - 11; and you can go inside the mind of Carlos Mencia at Treasure Island on Sept. 16.

Get your laugh on all summer in Vegas!
