This unique opportunity is best viewable from Las Vegas Boulevard (streets close around 6pm on New Year's Eve) and usually launched from the top of MGM Grand, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island (TI), The Venetian and the Stratosphere.
