Bellagio presents a wine dinner with Colgin Cellars founder and proprietor Ann Colgin as she shares sought-after selections from her magnificent Napa Valley estate. An exemplary four-course menu has been created by Picasso Executive Chef Julian Serrano to complement the wine selections. Master Sommelier and Bellagio Director of Wine Jason Smith will be your host during this executive engagement.
Ann Colgin has helped forge a reputation for California wines as amongst the greatest red wines of the world. Colgin channeled her superbly refined tastes into the creation of Colgin Cellars' first vintage in 1992. Today, Colgin is a woman for all season, crafting four esteemed wines at Colgin Cellars, raising millions of dollars for charitable causes and overseeing Camille Giroud in Burgundy, France, where she has an ownership interest with husband Joe Wender.
