Olivia Newton-John

Easily making the transition from country-pop to soft-rock singer, Olivia Newton-John became one of the most successful artists of the '70s and '80s. Although most remember her from her role in the movie "Grease," Newton-John first made her mark in country music with "I Honestly Love You" in 1974 and "Have You Never Been Mellow" in 1975, the year she won the Female Vocalist of the Year from the Country Music Association.

Newton-John is expected to perform these songs, and more, during her 42-show residency at the Flamingo this summer.

Songs from "Grease" expected to be performed include "Hopelessly Devoted to You," "You're the One That I Want" and "Summer Nights."

Other notable songs expected to be performed include "Let Me Be There," "If You Love Me, Let Me Know" and her '80s anthem, "Physical."

Newton-John got her start in show business when she won a Hayley Mills look-a-like contest in Australia at the age of 12. A few years later, she formed the band Sol Four with school friends. When it disbanded, she entered a talent contest and won a trip to London, and began to work her way into the music industry.

With her album "Physical" in 1981, Newton-John once again transformed her image, this time into a sexy aerobics instructor. The title track spent 10 weeks at No. 1 and remains one of the top played '80s singles.

In 2006, Newton-John released her 22nd album, "Grace and Gratitude."
