Best known for their work in various comedy films, Shawn and Marlon Wayans made their acting debut in 1989 in their brother Keenen's film "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka." Next, Shawn and Marlon joined the cast of the Emmy Award-winning comedy series "In Living Color," which debuted in 1990.
The brothers followed up by creating and co-starring in "The Wayans Brothers" sitcom, which was their first show to be sold into syndication after heading up the WB network lineup for five years, and co-writing and co-producing "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood." Since its release in 1996, the film has become a cult favorite on home video.
Shawn and Marlon wrote and starred in "Scary Movie" and "Scary Movie 2," and more recently, the brothers wrote, produced and appeared in the films "Little Man," "White Chicks" and "Dance Flick."
The Wayans have also created "Thugaboo," a series of animated specials for Nickelodeon. They write, direct and voice the series, which takes a humorous look at the trials and tribulations of nine inner city kids.
