Venetian Race and Sports Book Review
The race and sports book at the Venetian is a plush, comfortable place to sit and make a bet or watch a game.
You'll find a complete range of wagering on all major racing and sporting events including pari-mutuel race wagering, futures and some propositions.
The TVs play a mix of horse racing and sporting events. Horseplayers also have a couple of rows of chairs with full desks and individual monitors.
The placement of the TVs in the sports book -- three banks with the three big screens in the center -- and seating make for easy viewing. The high-backed padded chairs are modern, comfortable and have a handy little desk and cup holder incorporated into one armrest.
Electronic boards for daily games are to the viewer's right, and a smaller board displays futures on the left. Daily contests rotate on and off the board -- depending on the amount of action -- at a consistent pace.
An adjacent sports bar has eight TVs and hungry bettors will find Noodle Asia restaurant right next door
