Bar+Bistro, with Executive Chef Beni Velazquez, offers eclectic Latin fusion from Spain, Italy and France with touches of flavor from the shores of Morocco, Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. Their menu reflects these influences from Velazquez's experiences growing up in a Puerto Rican family in New York City, traveling through Spain, cooking with Italian and French chefs at the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons resorts, and working with Asian and Indian cuisines in Los Angeles. Every dish, every sauce, every meal, is homemade and meticulously prepared with the freshest of ingredients. They support our community and locally source ingredients whenever possible.
