Central Michel Richard is the James Beard award-winning chef’s newest creation at Caesars Palace. The restaurant features Richard’s world-renowned American fare with a French accent. Pronounced “sen-TRAHL,” the restaurant is located in the heart of the iconic Caesars Palace hotel lobby. The 9,600 square-foot restaurant offers a 24-hour dining experience highlighting breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night menus, as well as an extensive roster of specialty beers, wine and cocktails. The menu features many of Central’s signature, whimsically-prepared items such as Richard’s celebrated beef and lobster burgers, fried chicken, rotisserie chicken and bacon and onion tart. The Caesars Palace location also offers many new selections, maintaining Michel’s light and fresh style combined with a witty presentation.
