Holsteins is an exciting new burger concept from Las Vegas restaurateurs Billy Richardson, Kyle Madden and Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block 16 Hospitality. With an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic ingredients, Holstein's will bring better burgers and a funky, homegrown attitude to The Strip. The menu will feature specialty burgers, house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers, as well as a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items - including toppings, buns and condiments - will be custom crafted in-house.
