Celebrate Mardi Gras year round at The Orleans, located just west of the Las Vegas Strip.

At The Orleans, the traditions of the Crescent City mix with Sin City, from vibrant colors and giant Mardi Gras masks decorating the hotel and casino, to a plethora of leisurely bars throughout the establishment. Don't be surprised if you end up leaving the spacious casino with multicolored strings of beads around your neck.

The Orleans is packed with a wide variety of restaurants to keep its guests satisfied. Elegant dining can be found at Canal Street, which serves seafood and steaks and The Prime Rib Loft, with multiple cuts of the popular beef. For a more casual meal, try the Courtyard Cafe and its many continental and Chinese creations.

While the real Mardi Gras may not be for the young ones, there's fun for the whole family at The Orleans, including a 70-lane bowling center and a huge movie theater and arcade. The Las Vegas Wranglers minor league hockey team also hits the ice at the Orleans Arena.

For even more entertainment, The Orleans Arena also features headliners and other sporting events, while the Orleans Showroom, Brendan's Irish Pub and the Bourbon Street Cabaret all host an array of live music, including another New Orleans favorite: jazz.

Rooms at the Orleans are comfortable and the hotel offers many amenities to make the stay pleasant for guests including a barber shop, salon, two pools, a spa, gift shop and liquor store.

The casino is action packed with slot machines, table games, a race and sports book and a large poker room.

Shuttle Service to the Strip: The Orleans offers free shuttle service to its sister property the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino as well as the Las Vegas Strip. The shuttle operates 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and picks up guests approximately every 30 - 45 minutes from the hotel's Tropicana Avenue entrance. The last shuttle will leave the Strip at Bally's at 12:30 a.m. Hotel guests will receive priority seating on all shuttles.

Spa: Yes, The Spa Orleans with eight treatment rooms offers multiple types of massages and services. The spa also has a fitness center and full-service salon.
