Executive Chef Bryan Forgione showcases his cuisine at Society Cafe Encore at the new signature resort in the Wynn collection. He partners with hospitality impresarios Oliver Wharton, Elizabeth Blau and Sean Christie to offer re-imagined classic American cuisine in a casual, fun and dynamic atmosphere. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night bites, Society Cafe Encore makes three-square meals hip in an equally stylish setting ideal for both locals and visitors.
Wynn's designer Roger Thomas looked to Victorian era London and Oscar Wilde for inspiration in creating Society Cafe Encore. The classic decor is infused with vibrant colors, fabrics and furnishings. Limestone walls and columns are juxtaposed by a colorful floor made of black, white and lime-green linked-chain mosaics and, in some places, covered by a lime-green and fuchsia threadwork carpet. Guests sit in black crocodile chairs while they are tended to by an energetic and enthusiastic staff.
