Ditch Fridays Review

Summer means another season of Ditch Fridays and another list of excuses to leave what you're doing and run to the Palms.  This pool party features three pools, a party that carries on from noon until the evening and entertainment from big-name DJs and performers like Flo-Rida, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Tyga and more.

Located in the Palms Pool and Bungalows area, you can always hop into the fray of the main pool and dance to beats from the nearby DJ booth. There are lounge chairs in the shallow water, giving the more laid-back guests the option to sit and bask in the sun's rays while keeping refreshed.

Two other pools are a little bit less trafficked than the main pool, so there are options if you don't want to go all-out in the main pool or simply need to take a break and still keep your cool.

Palms Pool offers guests the option of fully-stocked cabanas around the pool area, with misters, flat-screen TVs and lounge-style seating. A second level of cabanas, elevated and shaped almost like tents, offer views of the entire pool party.

Three bars serve some tasty libations, with one located near the entrance, another below a glass-bottomed pool and yet another artfully hidden behind a cascading waterfall.

Whether you're ready to rage all day or relax under the sun, you can have your fun at Ditch Friday. Just make sure that you have a good excuse and you'll have nothing to worry about.
