The El Cortez is one of the historic hotels located in downtown Las Vegas, just blocks from the Fremont Street Experience.

The El Cortez is a gambler's paradise. The casino measures a whopping 45,000 square feet and offers something for every taste. There are 1,100 slot machines, 20 table games, roulette, baccarat and a sports book.

All that gambling can work up an appetite and the El Cortez offers four restaurant options including Careful Kitty's Cafe and Roberta's. The hotel-casino also offers gamblers slot and game-side meals during limited daytime and evening hours, seven days a week through its Gambling Gourmet service.

For entertainment, guests need only step outside and walk a few blocks to the Fremont Street Experience. The El Cortez is truly an integral part of Vegas' exciting downtown area.
