Encore, the new signature resort from the Wynn collection, complements Wynn Las Vegas’ repertoire of accommodations, culinary offerings and leisure activities with 11 new retail outlets, seven bars and lounges, five signature restaurants, one ultra-chic nightclub and an opulent spa and salon.

Encore takes a casually elegant approach to ambiance with sunlit corridors and atriums overflowing with flowers and plants, intimate nooks and theatrical eateries with dramatic flair.

Encore introduces a new all-star team of chefs to the Wynn Las Vegas dining family. Five signature restaurants pair master chefs and their personally-prepared gourmet fare to create culinary experiences prepared to please the most discerning and well-traveled palates.

Featured Encore restaurants include: Theo's, a fine dining Italian restaurant by well-known Los Angeles chef Theo Schoenegger; chef Jet Tila will bring his knowledge of Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean and Indian Cuisine to his modern Asian bistro Wazuzu; Marc Poidevin, formerly executive chef of catering and special events at Wynn, will bring his culinary expertise to Switch,a French-inspired steakhouse and seafood restaurant; Mark LoRusso, who helmed Tableu at Wynn, combines fine art and fine dining in Botero Steak at Encore which features not only culinary masterpieces but the artistic works Columbian artist Fernando Botero; and chef Kim Canteenwalla re-invents the classic American menu with her restaurant Society Cafe Encore.

Nightlife entrepreneur Victor Drai will premiere a new club concept at Encore, where the European-inspired poolside ambiance mingles with the nightclub’s vibe to create an oasis. A vibrant atrium, spa and salon, and the 11-boutique Esplanade at Encore round out the experience.
