Sams Town Description

Just six miles from the Strip, Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall is nestled in the shadow of the Sunrise Mountains in Las Vegas and boasts more than 600 rooms, decorated in a Southwestern theme.

Sam's Town is located on the corner of Boulder Highway (Las Vegas' "Other Strip") and Flamingo Avenue and has been operating for more than two decades. One of the more popular locals' casinos, the resort takes pride in its friendly staff.

The hotel itself is built around a wonderful indoor atrium, Mystic Falls Indoor Park. The park will take your breath away with 25,000-square-feet filled with live trees, waterfalls and footpaths, topped with a nine-story glass roof. The park is a feast of the senses, with the sounds of rolling water and the soft chirping of birds. Mystic Falls Indoor Park is also home to a water-and-laser show, Sunset Stampede.

There is always something entertaining going on as numerous headliners take the stage in the Sam's Town Live! entertainment complex - a state-of-the art, 1,100-seat venue. And the casino at Sam's Town offers endless gaming action spread across three separate floors.

The restaurants found at Sam's Town are some the town's most visited, including Willy and Jose's Cantina and Billy Bob's Steak House & Saloon.

Other popular amenities of the resort are a 56-lane bowling center which is open 24 hours, an 18-screen movie theater and two RV parks holding almost 500 spacious lots.
