Sashay your way to sexiness in Stripper 101

After taking this class, "lotion," "deodorant check" and "BFT" will be common words in your naughty vocabulary list.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party or just want to add some moves to your already-sexy self, taking Stripper 101 is the one class you won't want to ditch.

Located inside V Theater, Stripper 101 is hard to miss. After you pick up your ticket, you'll walk just a few steps over to the bar with a gigantic stripper statue in front of it. Once you turn in your ticket, your host will escort you to the back of the bar. This is where you'll pose for a picture on the stripper pole platform. Now, get ready for the fun to begin!

There's no need to feel nervous. Your charismatic dance instructor is sure to make you feel comfortable. In addition, the dim lighting, energetic music and overall atmosphere are sure to get you pumped. If you're still feeling shy, don't worry: a cocktail server will come around if you need a drink (or two) to let loose. 

Lesson one starts with a sexy lap dance tutorial. You'll straddle a leopard print chair and give it some BFT (you'll find out exactly what this means once you go to class). And remember we brought up lotion? Anytime you forget your moves, you'll do this easy, yet seductive number. All you have to do is pretend like you're applying lotion all over your body, but in slow motion.

Now the real fun begins. You'll get a chance to embrace that stripper pole and feel as sexy as those girls in music videos, if not sexier. You'll learn how to do the "deodorant check" (a particular twirl/walk around the pole where you end up facing outward) and other hot-mama moves. The trickiest (but best part of all) is learning how to swing around the pole with ease. Your instructor will teach you in a way where you're not depending so much on your arms and upper body, so you won't feel as tired or sore.

Your instructor will walk around to make sure everyone has the technique down. And for your viewing pleasure, she'll even flaunt some of her tricks with a special show before class is dismissed. Now how many teachers do you know who will do that?

Whether you already dance like a pro or have two left feet, you'll have a good time. Make sure to think up a stripper name by the end of your experience. You'll get a personalized graduation card to show off that you passed Stripper 101 with flying colors.
