Staff Report
Las Vegas might not be considered one of the scariest places on Earth, but it does have its fair share of ghost stories. Just ask Robert Allen, who took notice of the numerous documented paranormal phenomenon in the city -- many surrounding the deaths of celebrities -- and used that information to create the chilling Haunted Vegas Tour and Séance.
Touting the slogan "Put a little fright into your night," Haunted Vegas Tour lives up to its promise as it takes visitors on a spirited guided bus tour of 16 of Las Vegas' haunted hot spots. Tour sites include the Stratosphere, Las Vegas Hilton and Bally's hotels, as well as Wayne Newton's property, Death Row Records label head Marion "Suge" Knight's house, the home of the late comedian and actor Redd Foxx and the Liberace Foundation House where Mr. Showmanship himself used to reside ... and possibly still does.
With eerie music playing in the background, guests enter the Haunted Vegas Tour bus where a joke-telling guide dressed in a black Jack the Ripper-style cape and hat awaits to take them on a goose bumps-filled adventure of hair-raising tales and spooky sites.
Take a walk through a dimly lit neighborhood park that is inhabited by late-night apparitions of a young boy who was killed by a drunk driver and a woman who was beaten to death by her husband. Or take a gander at the spot where the late rapper Tupac Shakur was gunned down as he left a Las Vegas hotel.
