The Moroccan-themed Spa Moulay at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort offers the ultimate escape. Not only will you be pampered
with a variety of exotic treatments, you'll also feel as if you're a million miles away from the city.
While not actually a million miles away, Spa Moulay is located about 17 miles from the Strip at Lake Las Vegas, an upscale, picturesque resort and golf area.
Loews is an elegant resort, and the Spa Moulay is no exception. The spa is decorated in soft, neutral colors and is exceptionally quiet and peaceful.
Spa Moulay includes a small fitness center furnished with Lifefitness equipment, but most people don't come here to work out -- they come to enjoy the unique Moroccan-inspired treatments.
One of the most popular is the Moroccan Salt Glow. Sea salt is massaged onto the skin, followed by an application of scented oils.
The Spa Moulay's specialty is the Harem's Blend, a luxurious treatment that features a blend of exotic spices and essential oils. A warm cocoon of linen sheets melts tension while the oils penetrate the skin.
Ten different massage types also are available at the spa including the popular Desert Stone massage and couples massages.
Many of the treatment rooms offer views of Lake Las Vegas if the guest chooses to open the blinds and take in the scenery while relaxing.
Other services at the spa include manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, wraps and body scrubs. There also is a full salon.
Amenities include lockers, dry sauna, a vanity area and a Vichy shower treatment room. Both the men's and women's areas feature relaxation rooms with complimentary juices, herbal teas, water, fruit and snacks. The men's area also offers a large-screen TV.
