Ladies and gentlemen -- start your engines! Learn to drive like a true race car driver and experience the pure rush of a 600 horsepower NASCAR style stock car that speeds up to 137 miles per hour.

Once you arrive at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, partake in a short orientation which includes a video by Richard Petty. Next, head to the track and watch as one of the experienced instructors shares important racing information. Here, you'll learn how to control the track driving line, acceleration and deceleration points, following distance and much more.

Once you complete your on-track instruction, you'll get a feel for the real thing with an in-car lesson. During this part of the tour, you'll learn more about the race car including entry and exit of the vehicle, shifting pattern and safety devices. After the instructors briefly goes over the racing process, get ready for the ride of a lifetime.

As you coast through the eight-lap ride around the track, the instructors will keep you up-to-date with your progress each time you complete a session. Watch as your driving skills and speed improve each time.

This tour includes a graduation package, which comes with a detailed lap-time sheet as well as your name and record time speed printed on an official graduation certificate.

Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled driving time for check-in with their valid drivers license and also allow time for completing Liability Waiver and Medical Form. Participants must be at least 16 years of age with a valid drivers license. Students will be issued a driving suit for the class Participants must have the ability to climb through a 15-inch high by 30-inch wide window that sits 36 inches from the ground. The largest driving uniform size is a 3X. 

This tour is also available with transportation to the Speedway to and from Harrah's or Excalibur only. Tour pick-up locations are at Harrah's at the bus depot located next to the main valet and at the Excalibur. Guests are encouraged to arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before pick-up time.

Guests who book this tour with transportation may bring one guest to accompany them on the shuttle to the track.
